日本では山田悠介先生や、最近では「B型自分の説明書」や「氷の華」がありますね。
自費出版費用450ドル
Genova paid $450 to a company called iUniverse and published her book, Still Alice, herself.
さらっと書かれているが、アメリカには悪質な共同出版ビジネスはないのかな。
「作家としては自殺行為」とみなされた自費出版

書きたいから書く小説

YouTube 方式でユーザーによって評価・ランク付けされる。
ウェブコンテンツと従来のメディアの違いとして、編集の介在が挙げられるが、システムで代替できるところへ行くかどうか。
それらはピラミッドの裾野部分で機能して、従来の出版システムは頂点部分で残り続けると書かれている。
